Sellics keyword manager3/2/2023 ![]() ![]() Sellics automatically deducts Amazon fees, shipping (i.e. The profit dashboard enables users to track profit in real time with fully automated calculations of real profit via Amazon. Users can track and measure profit in real time, optimize Amazon PPC, improve product keyword rankings, manage reviews with instant notifications, research new and profitable products within the database, monitor competitors' sales and keyword rankings, as well as control inventory. You can still look forward to many updates coming in SE in the future, now more than ever.Sellics is a PPC management and optimization software for Amazon vendors and sellers that combines 7 key features that work together to help users scale their Amazon Business - all in one integrated tool. The process to switch to that kind of architecture in SE has been long and hard, also with the implications of handling all international marketplaces since last year, but we are now getting to a stage where SE will be able to catch up in terms of feature release speed, starting with version 2 of our Profit dashboard (which you may already know as we are currently expanding the beta to all customers over the next few days.) I hope this makes sense and that I was able to address your concerns. ![]() The Vendor Edition was able to make use of the learlings we made with SE and build an architecture which can handle large amounts of data, and on the basis of that provide a more flexible frontend, allowing for more feature releases. its groundworks in the backend were constructed quite a bit differently (badly) in our very early days back in 2015. I do not want to bore you with technicalities, but the reason we have not been able to release as many features for the Seller Edition is that it's quite a bit older, ie. Hey there, thank you for your feedback! We know this is what it might seem like on the outside, but the truth is we have quite a few more developers working on the seller side than on the vendor's and it is still very much in our focus. If at any point you want to give us another chance, feel free to remind us about this unfortunate incident and we can come up with a very attractive offer for you! I hope you can accept our sincere apologies. In any case though you can be assured that we would never charge people wrongly on purpose - that would not be a very sustainable business model in times of online reviews ) - so we will definitely make this right. As soon as we get to the bottom of it we will let you know. We had already refunded all of your payments since the cancellation and are still investigating the root cause of this issue - it is probably related to you having had a Vendor Edition account with us, as well as a Seller Edition account (where we also recently changed our payment service provider). If you have had any call with us in the past (and when you consider the amount of long-term customers we have), it should become apparent though that we are not that kind of company. Hey Vance, we are very disappointed to hear about your experience with us and that you feel we could be anything close to fraud. I'm sure we will be able to make it up to you! Greetings David more about that on our status page: (recently put to "resolved" as we are getting it back to a more normal response time now, but it still not quite back to usual) In any case we hope these new features will be able to help you tremendously going forward - and in the meantime you can still use the legacy Profit if desired, while we are working relentlessly on addressing various Profit 2 UX issues. there are currently simply far more inquiries than usual - also due to the new PPC Keyword Automation, which has brought with it a large number of questions about how to structure PPC campaigns etc. Regarding the current response times, it is indeed a bit as you suspespected (but certainly not about "not bothering"), ie. More about that here: We do realise though there are still various UX issues that we can improve in Profit 2.0 - while we continue to work on those, you still have access to the old Profit dashboard. ![]() The new profit dashboard has primarily been built based on feedback we have collected over the past 3 years - part of that was also to include various additional fees that were missing before, so the data is indeed not supposed to match the old legacy profit. Hi Kathleen, we are very sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. ![]()
